A machine learning project that predicts Formula 1 championship outcomes using historical race data. Implements Random Forest algorithm with SMOTE for handling class imbalance and visualizes predictions using MatPlotLib.
Telegram Automation System
Engineered a containerized Python application that automates the extraction and parsing of live Electronic Program Guide (EPG) data from Telegram chats into standard XMLTV format. Developed an adaptable pattern-matching engine to merge rolling data streams, integrating the GitHub API to dynamically host the generated artifacts as Gists for downstream media players. Packaged the entire pipeline using Docker and interactive CLI scripts to enable seamless, scheduled synchronization in self-hosted environments.
AI Stock Advice
Developed an AI-powered web application that delivers real-time market analysis and automated trading recommendations by integrating the Mistral AI and Polygon.io APIs. Built asynchronous data pipelines to aggregate historical market data across multiple user-defined tickers, utilizing custom prompt engineering to process the raw financial datasets into concise, professional investment reports. Designed and deployed the project with a responsive, state-driven frontend optimized and bundled using Vite.
